Public Consultation CP-04 – General Urban Plan of the Municipality of Chișinău 2040
Dear residents of the Municipality of Chișinău and participants in the public consultation, From 30 September to 4 November 2026, we invite you to submit your proposals, comments, and objections regarding the three Background Studies subject to Public Consultation CP-04 – Chișinău 2040 General Urban Plan: Historic Centre and Built Heritage Study – analyses the built heritage, historical and architectural values, and the need to protect them as part of the urban development process. Natural Heritage Study – analyses green spaces, valuable natural features, and the measures needed to protect and enhance them. Environmental Protection, Natural and Anthropogenic Hazards Study – analyses the main environmental issues and risks that must be taken into account when planning the municipality’s development.
